Hobbs Public Library Meeting Room
To request our meeting room please e-mail the Technical Services Librarian at: email@example.com or you may request in person at the library.
Please have the following information:
- Date and hours the meeting room is needed
- Name of group as well as name and telephone number person responsible for the meeting room
- Does the use of the meeting room fall under the Meeting Room Policy and Registration Guidelines?
- Have you signed a Meeting Room Policy & Registration form within the last year? (This must be renewed every year)
